It shall be unlawful for any person, group of persons, firm, corporation, organization, association or any other entity of any type to deny, refuse or prohibit the interment, entombment or burial of the remains of any deceased person in any cemetery, whether owned publicly or privately, because of the race, color or national origin of such deceased person. Laws 1971, c. 267, § 1.
