No person or party other than the Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors may appear in the courts of this state requesting the appointment of a receiver of a burial association. Laws 1953, p. 134, § 16; Laws 1992, c. 147, § 8, eff. July 1, 1992.
