§74-922.1. Revolving fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a Revolving Fund for the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System. The revolving fund shall consist of funds transferred from the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement Fund for operational expenses of the System. Expenditures from said funds shall be made pursuant to the laws of the state and statutes relating to the System. This revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall be under the control and management of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System Board. Added by Laws 1982, c. 263, § 5, emerg. eff. May 14, 1982.
