§74-9080. Severability.

Effective on the date the first ratepayer-backed bonds are issued under this act, if any provision in this act or portion of this act is held to be invalid or is invalidated, superseded, replaced, repealed or expires for any reason, that occurrence does not affect the validity or continuation of this act or other provisions of law that are relevant to the issuance, administration, payment, retirement or refunding of the ratepayer-backed bonds or to any actions of the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority or the regulated utility or their successors, assignees or collections agents. Added by Laws 2021, c. 204, § 11, emerg. eff. April 23, 2021.
