Expenditures by any agency, board, commission, department or institution of the state for postage stamps or post office box rent shall only be made to United States Post Office. Added by Laws 1963, c. 112, § 2. Amended by Laws 2010, c. 170, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 2010.
