§74-87.2. Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of Section 1 of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be penalized by the payment of a sum of not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed ninety
(90)days or by both such fine and imprisonment and any employment of such person in any office position or capacity by the State of Oklahoma shall be terminated immediately upon such conviction whether or not any fine or confinement is imposed by the court. Laws 1961, p. 229, § 2.
