The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall promulgate and adopt rules necessary to carry out the provisions of the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program Act. Added by Laws 1990, c. 236, § 10, eff. July 1, 1991. Amended by Laws 2012, c. 304, § 774.
