Sections 85.1 through 85.44E of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act". Added by Laws 1959, c. 350, § 1, eff. July 1, 1959. Amended by Laws 1998, c. 371, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1998; Laws 2020, c. 98, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2020.
