For the purpose of classification under the Merit System of Personnel Administration, certified nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife as defined and certified by the Oklahoma Board of Nurse Registration and Nursing Education shall each be recognized as separate and distinct categories of nursing distinguishable from current classifications. Added by Laws 1982, c. 330, § 5, emerg. eff. June 1, 1982.
