§74-669.1. Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women Revolving

Fund.
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services designated the "Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all gifts and donations contributed to support the work of the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women. All monies accrued to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services on behalf of the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women for the purposes prescribed by the Legislature in creating the Commission.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the
Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. Added by Laws 2003, c. 49, § 2, eff. July 1, 2003. Amended by Laws 2012, c. 304, § 867.
