Copies of all Executive Orders signed by the Governor after July 1, 1981, shall be transmitted by the Secretary of State when such Orders are signed by the Governor to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Amended by Laws 1987, c. 207, § 24; Laws 1990, c. 300, § 22, eff. July 1, 1991.
