§74-604. Withdrawal from office of Secretary of State.

Official bonds filed in the office of the Secretary of State shall not be withdrawn from said office, except pursuant to a valid subpoena of a court or other officer or body authored to issue subpoenas; or in connection with other legal proceedings when the withdrawal is approved by the Attorney General. Laws 1953, p. 424, § 4.
