§74-585. Use of state property only for official business -

Penalty.
A. Any property acquired by the state shall be used only in the conduct of the official business of the state.
B. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of subsection A of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. Added by Laws 1998, c. 371, § 14, eff. Nov. 1, 1998.
