The Oklahoma Department of Commerce may enter into an agreement with a potential licensor to receive a fee not to exceed an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of all royalties from any product
commercialized under the product development program for the life of the license. Added by Laws 1992, c. 246, § 6, emerg. eff. May 21, 1992.
