§74-5063.9. Investment interest and earnings as part of Fund.

All interest and other earnings generated by the investment of the monies and other assets of the Fund shall remain a part of the Fund, except for that portion of such interest and other earnings as may be payable to a private investment manager or investment advisor pursuant to this act. Added by Laws 1987, c. 222, § 79, operative July 1, 1987.
