Forty percent (40%) of the amount authorized pursuant to Section 5063.11 of this title is hereby allocated and may be used for the Quality Jobs Investment Program pursuant to Section 5 of this act. Added by Laws 1993, c. 275, § 44, eff. July 1, 1994. Amended by Laws 1994, c. 285, § 10, eff. July 1, 1994.
