All officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions, and commissions of this state including, but not limited to, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, the State Department of Health, the Department of Transportation, the Oklahoma Securities Commission and the Office of the Attorney General, shall cooperate with and render such services, as feasible, to the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority as may be within the area of their respective governmental functions as fixed or established by law, and as may be requested by the Authority.
The cost and expenses of any such services shall be met and provided by the Authority if such services are of the type for which a fee is usually charged. Added by Laws 1987, c. 222, § 70, operative July 1, 1987.
