- Recommendations.
The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority shall publish and present an annual report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Oklahoma Futures, setting forth in detail the operations and transactions conducted by it pursuant to this or to other
legislation. The annual report shall specifically account for the ways the need, mission and programs of the Authority described in Section 5062.1 et seq. of this title have been carried out, including but not limited to, a review of the results of the Authority's operations and transactions according to objective measures set forth in the Authority's business plan. The report shall recommend specific changes in the activities of the Authority which are necessary to better carry out the need and mission described in Section 5062.1 et seq. of this title.
The Authority shall distribute its annual report by such means that will make it widely available to those innovative enterprises of special importance to the Oklahoma economy. Added by Laws 1987, c. 222, § 68, operative July 1, 1987. Amended by Laws 1989, c. 374, § 8, emerg. eff. June 6, 1989.
