Each substate planning district within the State of Oklahoma is authorized to hire or contract for the services of one or more registered professional engineers to provide services for the governmental entities which are members of the substate planning district. No substate planning district shall provide technical and professional engineering, architectural, planning or land surveying service to any person, entity or governmental subdivision of the
State of Oklahoma unless the person, entity or governmental subdivision is a member of the substate planning district providing the services. Added by Laws 1989, c. 356, § 1.
