§74-5013.3. Capital Improvement Program Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created the "Capital Improvement Program Revolving Fund". The fund shall consist of any monies appropriated thereto. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall be subject to the administrative direction of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims submitted to the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
The monies deposited in the revolving fund shall be expended by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to pay the cost of providing services for the various capital improvement planning projects. Added by Laws 1996, c. 257, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1996. Amended by Laws 2012, c. 304, § 1030.
