§74-5003.6. Powers and duties of Department.

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have, exercise and perform those powers and duties necessary to implement and accomplish the statutorily stated mission and purpose of the Department. Added by Laws 1987, c. 222, § 13, operative July 1, 1987.
