§74-484. Annual report issued - Recommendations.

A. The Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations shall issue reports of its findings and recommendations from time to time and shall issue an annual report on its work. Copies of the annual report shall be submitted to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
B. The Committee shall report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and President Pro Tempore of the Senate on or before the first day of the 1990 regular session of the Legislature regarding the work of the Committee. The report shall also make recommendations as to the continuation of the Committee and any structural or staffing changes that the Committee deems necessary to the best interest of the state in the area of improving intergovernmental relations. Added by Laws 1987, c. 203, § 69, operative July 1, 1987.
