Dr. Maurice H. Merrill is hereby recognized for his attainment of status of a lifetime commissioner of the State of Oklahoma to the National Conference on Uniform State Laws. Laws 1967, p. 712, S.J.R. No. 8, § 1, emerg. eff. April 17, 1967.
