§74-4262. Political subdivisions enforcement division.

For purposes of enforcing the County Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act, the Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act, and the Technology Center District and Independent School District Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act, the Ethics Commission shall establish a special division to be known as the "Political Subdivisions Enforcement Division". The Executive Director of the Ethics Commission may employ staff for the Political Subdivisions Enforcement Division, or may contract for services to be performed by the Division, or both. Added by Laws 2014, c. 313, § 32, eff. Jan. 1, 2015.
