As used in Sections 4250 through 4255 of this title, terms used shall be defined as they are defined in the Rules of the Ethics Commission. Added by Laws 1995, c. 343, § 6, eff. July 1, 1995. Amended by Laws 2014, c. 314, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2015.
