§74-4108. Application of act.

The provisions of Sections 4101 through 4107 of this title shall apply to all modifications in the structure or decor of the Capitol and the Governor's Mansion except for those immediate emergency repairs needed to prevent loss or damage to property or to protect the public during use of the building. Added by Laws 1982, c. 75, § 8, operative July 1, 1982. Amended by Laws 1983, c. 304, § 159, eff. July 1, 1983.
