§74-3911. Re-creation of statutory entity - Status of members.

After a statutory entity has been re-created by the Legislature, it shall not be necessary to reappoint any member of the governing board or commission of said statutory entity, and said members shall complete their original terms without reappointment or reconfirmation. Amended by Laws 1983, c. 333, § 10, emerg. eff. June 29, 1983.
