§74-3902. Definitions.

As used in the Oklahoma Sunset Law:
1. "Statutory entity" means any department, agency, commission, board or other regulatory instrumentality of state government enumerated in the Oklahoma Sunset Law; and
2. "Termination date" means the date provided for termination of legislative authority for the existence of a particular entity as provided for in this act. Added by Laws 1977, c. 9, § 2, emerg. eff. March 10, 1977. Amended by Laws 1983, c. 333, § 1, emerg. eff. June 29, 1983; Laws 1995, c. 31, § 2.
