The Fire Marshal Commission and the State Fire Marshal shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, Section 250 et seq. of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1965, c. 257, § 13, eff. July 1, 1965. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 206, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
