§74-2264. Exemption from taxation.

All of the property controlled and operated by the Commission and all bonds issued hereunder and the interest thereon shall be exempt from taxation by the State of Oklahoma or by any municipal corporation, county or other political subdivision or taxing district of the state, except that the bonds shall be subject to the payment of inheritance taxes. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 65, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
