§74-2208. Use of revolving fund.

The Executive Director may authorize the use of revolving fund income for entertainment and promotion expenses of the Department,
provided that the expenses are directly related to business development for state-operated or state-owned facilities and the furtherance of tourism in Oklahoma. In all cases, the expenses shall be approved in advance by the Executive Director, be audited by the fiscal officer for the Department on a monthly basis, and submitted to the Commission as an item for information.
