§74-2205. Report on activities of Department.

The Commission shall prepare and submit to the Governor and to the Legislature on the first day of each legislative session a report of the activities of the Department, together with all information and data in the possession of the Department as the Commission shall deem of value to the Governor, the Legislature and the people of the State of Oklahoma. Each report may contain recommendations for legislation as the Commission may deem necessary to give full effect to all the provisions of the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
