In conducting fire protection training and education programs, the Commission shall give priority to volunteer fire departments
and, when possible, shall require funded fire departments to pay a fee, as determined by the Commission, for said programs. Added by Laws 1984, c. 1, § 17, emerg. eff. Jan. 30, 1984.
