The Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be authorized to require agency employees and the employees of agency contractors in positions that have access to Federal Tax Information and data to supply all information and documentation required in order to be subjected to a criminal history search by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, as well as be fingerprinted for submission of the fingerprints through the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a national criminal history check.
The submitting agency shall be the recipient of the results of the record check. In accordance with Section 150.9 of this title, this includes a national criminal record with a fingerprint analysis.
