§74-1351. Corporations authorized - Manner of incorporation.

Nonprofit associations, foundations, or other organizations may be incorporated in this State for the purpose of promoting, developing and advancing the economic, industrial and business growth, prosperity and welfare of the state, or any political subdivision, or area or region thereof. Any such corporation may be incorporated in the manner as provided for the incorporation of religious, charitable, educational, benevolent or scientific corporations, and shall be governed and regulated by the provisions of law relating to such corporations. Laws 1968, c. 123, § 1, emerg. eff. April 4, 1968.
