§74-1314.2. Definitions.

As used in Sections 1 through 5 of this act:
(a)"Agency Plan" means the health insurance program offered by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission to its employees as of the effective date of this act. The Agency Plan presently conforms to the Federal Plan;
(b)"State Plan" means the health insurance program provided for state employees pursuant to the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Act;
(c)"Federal Plan" means the health insurance program provided for federal employees upon which the Agency Plan is based, and is more specifically defined in 5 CFR Ch.1, PART 890--FEDERAL EMPLOYEES HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM, as may be amended from time to time, and represents the standard against which the State Plan is to be
measured to determine material differences for purposes of securing the supplemental health insurance for which provision is made in this act; and
(d)"Commission" means the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. Added by Laws 1990, c. 303, § 1, emerg. eff. May 30, 1990.
