Any dependent shall be allowed to remain covered as a dependent under the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Act up to the age of twenty-five
(25)years. Added by Laws 2006, c. 231, § 4, eff. July 1, 2006. Amended by Laws 2008, c. 415, § 14, eff. July 1, 2008.
