Any person eligible to begin coverage in the health insurance plan pursuant to the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Act shall not be subject to a preexisting condition exclusion if the person was continuously covered under a previous group health insurance plan, was eligible to use military medical facilities, or was eligible to use Indian health services medical facilities. Added by Laws 1989, c. 322, § 5, emerg. eff. May 26, 1989.
