§74-1223. Agency responsible for monitoring Indian gaming compacts.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is hereby declared to be the agency responsible, on behalf of the state, for monitoring and oversight for compacts relating to Indian gaming that are approved pursuant to Sections 1221 and 1222 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1993, c. 305, § 1, eff. July 1, 1993.
