The Oklahoma Uniform TOD Security Registration Act applies to registrations of securities in beneficiary form made before or after
the effective date of this act by decedents dying on or after the effective date of this act. Added by Laws 1994, c. 208, § 13, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.
