Interpretative opinions.
A. A document is filed when it is received by the Administrator.
B. The Administrator shall keep a record of all licenses and registration statements which are or have ever been effective under this Code and all denial, suspension, or revocation orders which have been entered under this Code. The record shall be open for public inspection.
C. The information contained in or filed with any application for registration or report shall be made available to the public in accordance with rules prescribed by the Administrator.
D. Subject to the provisions of subsection D of Section 633 of this Code, the Administrator upon request shall furnish to any person at a reasonable charge copies, certified under the seal of office of the Administrator, if certification is requested, of any entry in the record or any order on file in the office of the Administrator. Any copy so certified is admissible in evidence in trials and other proceedings.
E. The Administrator may honor requests from interested persons for interpretative opinions. Added by Laws 1977, c. 95, § 663. Amended by Laws 2022, c. 78, § 13, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
