The Legislature finds that providing access to additional sources of revenue for certain institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education is in furtherance of a policy for making postsecondary education accessible to more persons, providing increased educational opportunities, improved income-producing potential and other positive outcomes. The provisions of this act shall be considered an amendment authorized by subsection H of Section 9B of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution. Added by Laws 2022, c. 406, § 2.
