§70-9-117. Expense - Paid from what funds.

Any costs or expense necessarily incurred by the State Board of Education in the administration of the foregoing provisions relating to the "Special Transportation Revolving Fund" shall be paid from funds appropriated or allocated for the administration of laws providing for the payment of State Aid to school districts in the same manner that expenses of administration of such laws are paid. Added by Laws 1971, § 281, § 9-117, eff. July 2, 1971.
