CIVIL PENALTY.
The Secretary of State may assess a civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for a violation of the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act. Added by Laws 2021, c. 559, § 17, emerg. eff. May 28, 2021.
