The State Regents should provide to the University of Oklahoma School of Nursing sufficient funds for planning during the year
1971-72 and sufficient funds thereafter to fully implement House Concurrent Resolution No. 1038 adopted by the 2nd Session of the 32nd Oklahoma Legislature. Added by Laws 1971, p. 1034, S.J.R. No. 38, § 8, emerg. eff. June 17, 1971.
