§70-626.10. Legislative intent - Funding.

It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that the provisions of this act become effective only after funding for this purpose has been provided through special appropriations, or funding is otherwise provided by gifts or grants for this purpose or both. Added by Laws 1971, c. 149, § 10, emerg. eff. May 22, 1971.
