Any rights created by Sections 6-101 et seq. of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes are subject to modification, amendment, termination and repeal by the Legislature. Added by Laws 1989, 1st Ex.Sess., c. 2, § 70, operative July 1, 1990.
