No school district board of education shall require any employee to reside within the boundaries of that school district; however, a district board may establish a policy that may require the district superintendent to reside within the boundaries of the district. Added by Laws 1977, c. 31, § 1. Amended by Laws 2006, c. 167, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2006.
