All courses of study of the same subject matter, nature, character and content, as determined by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, and taught in state educational institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education shall be designated by identical course numbers. Laws 1979, H.J.R.No.1016, § 2.
