Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, members of a charter school sponsor governing board shall designate a representative from the board to complete an annual sponsor workshop requirement provided by the Statewide Charter School Board. The sponsor workshop shall include, but not be limited to, information regarding the Oklahoma Charter Schools Act, charter school governance,
Internal Revenue Service rules for nonprofits, and school finance laws. Added by Laws 2023, c. 323, § 17, eff. July 1, 2024.
